Best sound improvement?

I'm thinking a couple options, I already have the gmpp axel back exhausts:
-shorty headers(I want to stay as legal as possible)
-redoing the pipes from cats back to the axels with the borla X pipe system
-high flow cats(legality still a question)

What would give the best increase in sound?
And yes I understand long tubes are super cool guys

If you want to stay legal, these two.

I have stainless works long tubes, magna flow resonated x-pipe, and MRT v2s. I absolutely love the sound- throaty idle, no drone on highway, and only loud when I'm pushing it. Also I pass emissions, but I did just get a CEL for my stock cats which I have to take care of.

Im running just about the same set up as djrasras but i also deleted my resonators. I absolutely love the sound, has a great deep tone. But I also dont have emissions tests where i live.
