Titanium lugnuts for Z/28

Just saw these online. The Z/28 will be my first Camaro so I'm looking for confirmation that these will work:

OZMO Ti LUGNUTS

Description
Suits vehicles with a 60deg. seat angle and M12x1.5mm threads. e.g. Chevrolet, Cadillac, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, BMW etc. We also have M12x1.25 size to suit Nissan and others.

These are not regular billet machined 6-point Ti nuts, but our own high-strength 100T forging of 6AL-4V Titanium with a 16mm 12-point head. Fully CNC machined after forging to ensure high accuracy threads and concentric seat.

Stock Corvette OEM lugnuts - 50.2g
Toyota OEM lugnuts - 63.6g
OZMO Titanium lugnut weight - 14.7g
Up to 0.98kg (2.16lb) reduction in rotating mass!!

I know all other 5th Gen Camaros use a M14x1.5mm lug nut, so these would not fit. Not sure if the Z/28 is going to use the same size stud or not?

They do not have M14 like the Camaro, so they may not fit.

We could make them out of titanium. it would have to be sets of 20 of them. I may come up with a price to make them if they do not have M14s

Here's an alternative: TiKore Titanium Lug Nuts

Titanium Lug Nut Set of 20
Price: $599.00

Titanium lug nut set of 20 designed and manufactured for Corvette, Nissan, and any other car requiring a Lug Nut. These are an extended version for easy access. We can machine to your needs. Please let us know what make and model you are ordering for.

The main product listing for all TiKore products is HERE. One thing I'd be interested to learn is the torque spec for the Z/28 wheels. The C63 AMG Black Series I had -- which has similar power/torque/weight when compared to the Z/28 -- required 135 lb/ft (not a typo). That spec made me question the wisdom of changing the lugs, since none of the aftermarket manufacturers could guarantee me that their product would work with those specs.

^$599 for lug nuts is pretty ridiculous.

I would like to put together a group buy for the OZMO Ti lug nuts in 14 x 1.5 which isn't currently offered by the company. They agreed to produce the forging tool needed to punch out these things if we can get a minimum of 10 preorders @ $159 for a set of 20.

Let me now if there is interest and I'll create a thread specifically for the group buy.

Would you leave these on the car, or only on race day?

Does the 12-point design serve as a theft deterrent (nothing is theft-proof)?

Those are so big, you save no weight. They are way too much money, they do nothing for you but drain the wallet. I can make the ones we need for way less and they need to be very little in size like we use on aircraft.

Maybe I'll be sending you another order for lug nuts I would like to see what you come up with. Those Jack Pads you make are pretty slick so I'm hoping the style you come up with for the lug nuts would be light and still look good.

I'm in, as long as they guarantee these will handle the lug nut torque specs on the Z/28.

I would need to seem them installed on the Z/28 wheels first.

I find it hard for them to make a tool to make them with only $1500 and that is just to recover the tool cost. The price is right if they are titanium. There are lots of phony titanium products made.
