For those with such low mileage, is it because you just don't drive far for work?

“A Camaro in the garage is safe — but that is not what Camaros are built for.” — John A. Shedd.

or, the real quote: “A ship in harbor is safe — but that is not what ships are built for.” — John A. Shedd.

2014 with 6500mi. These low mile threads trigger the daily drivers. Drove it yesterday. NPP getting louder and more raucous as the break in continues. Love this car more than the day I drove it off the lot.

Just bought mine about a month ago with 590 miles on it. I'm glad the last owner saved it for me because, I plan on driving the car the way it was intended.

I get the awesomeness of going out to the garage and just looking at a pristine vehicle, and only driving it on nice days as a treat. Nothing wrong with that!

Nope - most you will find have multiple vehicles to choose from ...
I've got four vehicles, some days the Camaro never gets started, has about 40% of my drive time (favorite is toss-up between motorcycle and Camaro).

Well this could be an uneventful contest, as any dealer stock or newly stored car could possibly win. Plenty of ebay examples or even personal cars with less than 10 miles on it could win. Don't get me wrong though; I love low mileage examples; Especially older cars with low miles. Its encouraging to see cars with low levels of abuse and looking new as if they were minted yesterday.

Perhaps a more interesting contest could be lowest user miles (or lowest miles used per year). Dunno, but it seems like a bottomless pit with this one IMO.

I average 2600mi./yr. on my 2010 SS, that is now 8 years old. It is because I live so close to work, and most of those miles are city driving. I never get over 15 mpg, and I go through rear tires every 8-10k miles. I enjoy my bad-ass Camaro, plenty! Thank you GM!

I'm around 34,000 miles on mine which is about 7000 a year or so. Not a lot and not a little I guess either. My car is winter parked and not daily driven ( I have a company vehicle I drive to work) but somehow I manage to put a reasonable number of miles on it just tooling around.

I don't understand having a car that never gets driven personally but to each their own of course. I would imagine more care is required storing a car for longer periods of time if things aren't getting moved around? Its interesting in that the Camaro is a cheaper every-man car & yet it often gets treated like a more rare and more expensive car than it is by its owners which I think says a lot about this car in a good way

I have 4 vehicles.. and even I think it's stupid to not drive a vehicle.
I don't buy vehicles to look at them.

Hell I don't buy watches to look at them. I wear them all.

Buying stuff to just sit and look at it.. Just plain dumb

I wouldn't say its "dumb" if that makes them happy. I can see both sides of this myself I'm somewhere in between.
