Can I use this in any way as a jack pad?

I found this on the course at my last auto-x and no one claimed it so it's mine now. It appears to be a jack pad that goes into an oblong hole and turns 90 degrees to lock it in. The bottom has little slits in it for grip of a jack I assume. It's about 3" in diameter and 1" in height. Does the Camaro have any points that I could use this on or is a puck like this useless on the Gen 6? Thanks.

Negative. That looks like a Corvette jack pad.

It is a C5 & C6 Corvette Jack Puck that clips into recesses in the chassis rail.

Looked them up after you guys said that and you are both 100% correct. That's exactly what it is. I guess I'll bring it to the next auto-x and see if anyone with a C5/C6 lost it and just didn't know at the time. Thanks.

And if you wanted to try it while yu wait to see if you can return it - I don't see anyway you could. When I put mine on four jack stands the only safe places I could find was the designates areas on the pinch welds. I saw no place where the jack pad in your picture would work.

I used the ZL1 Addon magnetic jackpad with puck. It worked great but costs a lot.

Cut the tab off, grind a slit in the pad

What many vette users do is buy hockey pucks. This would work here as well, just grind a slit in it.
