Thank you. A gentleman on here who had access to that info, PMd me and got me squared away. Also, GM sent me a not back with some interesting data as well.

FWIW, mine also left side of trunk floor. Easy carpet lift back to expose tag affixed to painted metal floor.

The previous owner apparently laid down some sticky sound proofing directly to the metal under the carpet. I have the info now so I'm good to go.

OP, go to your local GM dealer, with your VIN# and ask for a build sheet or rpo codes list for your vehicle. It'll list the codes and what they are!

Danial, I just looked in my trunk(it's a 2014 vert v6) and it's in the exact place of the pic. Now, I have Dynamat back there but I was smart enough not to cover that sticker. I hope you find it.
