Covercraft Weathershield HD premium outdoor car cover for 2010-2015 Camaro coupes
Hello everyone,
Up for sale is a Covercraft Weathershield HD outdoor car cover. It's custom fit for 2010-2015 Camaro coupes. The Weathershield HD is *THE* outdoor car cover of outdoor car covers. It offers maximum protection from industrial fallout, bird droppings, moderate dent/ding resistance, a pretty good barrier from dust, and most of all the fabric is hydrophobic and repels water. It's not waterproof, though, or else it would not be breathable at all (which it is). I've only used the cover maybe 3 or 4 times, usually in the instance of prepping the car for a show and wanting it to stay pristine overnight after I washed and waxed it. When I take the cover off, the car is as clean as it was when I put it on. Keep in mind that it needs to be washed on occasion to keep the water repelling properties up to par, or else the fabric will "wick" water and a small bit may seep through onto the car (around 2%). Overall, this is the best outdoor car cover money can buy. This particular one has flannel lining along the seams, which I had custom ordered as another measure to prevent marring. Keep in mind that the HD fabric is not the most gentle fabric in the world, but it is not an issue if you follow the golden rule of owning a car cover: ALWAYS PUT IT ON A CLEAN CAR. Cover will also include a lock and cable to tie the through the grommets, though the fit is so snug that it's really not needed. The reason I'm selling is that I rented out a storage unit almost within walking distance of my house to store my car in now that it's retired to weekend-warrior/good weather driver status, so I instead invested in a Dustop indoor cover. Can't go that low. I've only used this thing a handful times and it has flannel seams added in already to prevent mareing, saving you the $$$ to ship it to Cover craft to get them done. $150 is sometimes what the GM cover goes for and that doesn't hold a candle to this.
