If your looking to raise the rev limit with hp tuners it is in the engine section, then go to the fuel section and last go to the cutoff, dfco section. The rev limit is set at 6700 and resume is 6620.
I don't know if you want to go a whole lot higher due to valve float which with a roller came isn't good or a valve could hit a piston. You could put heavier spring in or maybe titanium keepers to lighten the valve train up to get 7000-7500 but with the factory cam you aren't going to gain anything.
Just my thoughts.

Theres also Cutoff RPM vs gear wich is the rev limiter that is gear specific and those are set to 6600

We have already changed both of those values and the car still cuts at 6600.

Why in hell would you want to go higher? You start loosing power before that.

I'd have to look again but there are more than just those named above. There's an oil temp vs RPM table too I'd have to look again tho

I was looking and there is another limit in the airflow/variable camshaft/ intake camshaft/ enable conditions/hi rpm enable, disable. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but it might be worth a try.
