Thanks! Custom GPI NA Camshaft, stage 4ish. GPI Heads/Cam setup. I did use BTR .660 Platinum Dual Spring kit w/ Titanium retainers with Johnson 2110 Lifters. This car is my daily driver and it drives like stock, but shakes a lil bit from camshaft! LOL!

Do you have a crank pulley yet?

Might help nudge you a little further. I just got one and did some more tuning. Trying to go 10.7s opening day on the 7th. Hope it stays cold

62nalide says he been seeing over 10rwhp from the ati. Just got one off him new for a bit cheaper than most places

Yea...I do have that garbage. I'm sort of pissed at ATI right now as I have been going back and forth with them over the past week. The balancer hub will not go on any further and currently my AC belt is 1 rib off to going backwards...signaling that the balancer wants to move back .5 inch. That sucker will not budge...we have tried heating the hub..using a 1100ftlb impact..everything. No more movement.

Actually my serpentine belt is literally on the edge of the tensioner right now...SMDH. ATI claims it is exact measurements and maybe I need to hone the hub some....I didn't pay $400 to hone the hub some....Shall see...

Hopefully you have better luck, Im sure I am going to yank it out pretty soon and go back to stock, until Powerbond or someone else makes one.

Also make sure you get an ARP Crank Bolt...as the stock crank bolt will not work.

Damn not what I wanted to hear

Why won’t the stock crank bolt work? I have the threaded tool to get it started on the crank I know you can’t use it for that. Is there another issue?

U might have better luck than me!! Stock crank bolt flatface is too wide for the ATI hub. Brett has one sitting, he also saw the stock crankshaft bolt issue....

No prob. You might be able to squeeze it on with just taking out the fan assembly (Which is a bear btw..did it last week trying to line that balancer up better before I went to the track, which was a FAIL..LOL. Bunch of useless plastic clips and retainers and guides. I sawzalled half the plastic side guides and such for easier removal in future. 5 bolts holding that fan assembly, its not going anywhere).

I did the original install when I had the motor out.

Honing the hub may be the correct fix (don't over hone it) but I'd also measure the depth where the hub slips over the crank to where it bottoms out and then measure the balancer. In the world of aftermarket parts it is normal to have to "modify" parts. Nothing fits like factory parts. Just the way it is. Do whatever is required to make your parts fit. It ain't gonna happen on it's own. The woodruff key may have rocked in there preventing the thing form sliding all the way on.
ATI is as good as it gets.

Innovators west tells you to measure the snout of the crank and the balancer hub etc for proper fit and if its not within spec your supposed i send it back to have them hone it. Thats innovators west, not ATI though, although im sure its the same.
