No wear would imply never been used. These were used for 9k miles, which could be anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 of the entire tire's life based on the driver and road conditions. They look well taken care of but still a used tire.

Selling a used tire with "no wear" is ridiculous marketing that only deserves laughs. Measure the tread depth and sell it honestly, you'll have a much better shot at getting a buyer - just not for $600 used.
