Torque Converter Replaced

Dealer replaced the torque converter last Thursday.

Car runs great when in automatic mode.

However, when I'm in manual mode and shifting from 4th to 5th, the shift is way rougher (sorry, don't know how to explain it better). I noticed it only does this when under more throttle and the rpm's are a little above 2500. Called the dealer back and was told that the computer needs to relearn the shift points?

I'm not very car savvy and could definitely use everyone's opinion/expertise.
Thanks in advance.

Theres a pdf posted in here about any major component or fluid replacement the dealership should do a solenoid relearn procedure. There are two ways it can be done... one via the handheld computer they use. The second is by driving and following a solenoid relearn procedure.

Theres a chance they did the work, and never did the computer procedure.

My first advice would be to call em back and see if they can do/redo it.
