It is my understanding that I can cancel my 36 month warranty any time for a prorated refund. Has anybody gone through this process?

I advise you to call 877-265-1072 with any questions you have about your policy cancellation. I'm sure someone there can give you all of the options that pertain directly to what you have purchased.

Of course. I wanted to be prepared and was curious of what others have experienced.
