Bra that fits ground effects

Hey guys. I have a 2010 SS with the factory ground effects on it. I'm moving down to Florida and will be driving the car there from New York. Does anyone know of any company that makes a bra that will fit over the ground effects? I'm going to be driving about 1500 miles and I don't want the front to get all chipped up. Thanks in advance.

Clear bra is what I've got on mine. For a single trip I've seen guys use blue painters tape but I wouldn't want a regular strap-on type bra rubbing on this cars paint, I think that would do it's own special hell of damage.

yeah, just some caution. i've heard that the bra's can cause a lot more damage than they do good. If sand or any little rocks get in there they are just going to rub back and forth as the bra shifts around with the high speeds. I wouldn't do it.

I would suggest the clear bra. One of the best investments I've made!

Big Sis has a "Highway Bra" for her car. Can't find a pic of it right now, but it's stretchy spandex-like material that covers the entire front end. It may not extend all the way down to the splitter though.

I've had a bra screw up the front of a car on road trip before. Nice, thick protection....but if it moves around or gets something between it and the paint it can cause some real cosmetic damage.

I'm not going to drive my car 1500 miles with no protection on the front. My dad drove his Corvette down a couple of years ago and had speed lingerie on the car and it worked absolutely perfect. I just can't find any that work with the ground effects. People I've spoken to that have a bra on the car have zero complaints about them.

Yeah I know about these. I just wish that they covered the top part of the front bumper. I don't like that they leave them uncovered like that.

If it's going to be temporary, you could always spray a couple cans of plastidip on then peel it off after the trip. It may look funny, but would solve your problem.

That's true, I plastidipped my wheels so I definitely know how to do it. I guess I'll figure it out.

I have a clear bra and love it, but it is expensive. People who look at the car typically can not see it unless I point it out!
