That is your choice. The Extended Warranty is just an extra piece of paper, and the price is negotiable. You don't have to get it if you don't want it - I never do.

There was a lot of add ons, tint, nitrogen, gfx, clear shield shtuff etc. I have no idea whether I paid for them because thats not how I negotiate...I just told them a number I was willing to pay a month and the rest was up to them, if they didnt meet that number I walked...they hit it obviously after 4 hours and a bunch of their tears (likely for show but it made me feel good lol). It helped that I was literally going to walk across the street and drive a Challenger SRT8 and they didnt want that, still not sure I dont want one of those.

The most common are the paint and interior sealant/treatment. Spend the $ on Adams instead.

Also the extended warranty, just start your own savings account now for when you need repairs after the warranty expires. If you paid for extended warranty and you sell your car, you can get a prorated amount refunded. It is an insurance policy, not a warranty.

Things I have seen.

Car Covers
Floor Mats
Painted engine cover
Cup Holder lighting <-- Very Expensive for what you get
Ambient footwell lighting <-- Very Expensive for what you get
Rubber Trunk Mat
Cargo Net
Stripes
Pin stripes <-- rare on a camaro
Paint sealant <-- total snake oil... NEVER pay for this.
Nitrogen in tires <-- total snake oil.... NEVER pay for this.
Tire Warranty <-- Price negotiable and can be a good deal.
Extended Warranty <-- Price negotiable. Personally not a fan.
21" Rims <-- Very $$$. Was common on 2010 cars. Now not so much.
High Wing Spoiler
Ground effects
Sub woofer box
Third Tail light flashing kit (certain dealership near Lakeland does this and charges 250 for the "feature") Total crap.

I am sure I am missing some but this was all I could think of.

That's why you tell them not to take the white plastic thingies off. Just do your PDI and let me have my camaro.

Was the back up sensors part of the RS package or an add on??
I do not see it on my window sticker.

Backup sensors were never part of the RS package. They were originally optional, but became standard sometime before mine was built in Jan 2010.

Destination and delivery charges.

Arbitrary and inflated.

Bad news...that's the quickest way to get ripped off.

From Car and Driver Car Buying Guide:

Never Negotiate in Terms of Monthly Payments
For many buyers, the most important aspect of a major purchase is how much it will take out of our earnings on a monthly basis. When negotiating the purchase price, though, don’t fall into the trap of negotiating based on monthly payments, as many customers are placated with a low monthly payment but fail to notice the swelling interest rate or stretched loan term. Monthly payment is just the result of your down payment, loan term, and interest rate. If your purchase price and trade-in value are fair and you get a competitive interest rate, your payment will be as low as possible.

You'll see this information on almost every car buying guide.

Here is another one:

Inflating Payments
Talking monthly payments at the car dealership can be as dangerous as saying “bomb” at the airport. A salesman asks how much you are willing to pay each month, and you throw out a number—say, $450. He asks how much more you could afford—just getting a feel for you. You tack on another 50 bucks. In your mind, you were theorizing, but to the salesman, you just committed to a $500 minimum monthly payment. Instead, when a salesman asks how much you can pay each month, tell him you will not discuss monthly payments and only want to talk purchase price; you’ll decide on monthly payments after you’ve settled on a fair price
