In town driving.
Just wonder how everyone drives in town/city? I notice a lot of people with nicer rides, don't drive like assholes (like they stole the car), as apposed to others who drive like idiots. I mean, there is still the odd time someone in another Camaro, a Mustang, what have you will do something stupid. But I rarely notice that, as much as someone in a done up Honda (as an example), driving like they're 2 fast, 2 furious.
I cruise for the most part. I only use the gas when I need it. I know my car can get up, and move, so I don't see the point in showing off. |

Nissan Altima drivers are pretty wacko. If you haven't noticed, start noting. You may agree. I was trying to figure out why, then it dawned on me that they are one of the best selling cars in the nation. Didn't hard check the facts (cause I don't care) heard they surpassed Accord in sales.
Also I always steer clear of "ZipCars" or whatever they call "wheels when you need em" deals....those folks never drive, except when they need a car for some spastic reason. They suck at driving. |

Over the years I've just learned (not easy) that I must play well with others in traffic. I have a 50 hour a month work commute and it is brutal stop and go. I had to do alot of work to not get mad at strangers and their metal, nothing I can do cept beat myself with the club of anger I wanted to use on them.
Noting beats an open road. And a Bell. |

I have much more respect for people who drive like they are paying attention, who take pride in their driving, and aren't acting like assholes. That doesn't always mean going the speed limit, but in town, it usually does.

None of have anything to prove out in city driving, "styling and profiling" is plenty enough at the speed limit.
I "get away" with more with my DD Subaru Outback, as I am convinced cops do not believe those cars capable of speeding or bad behavior... |

I try to take it pretty easy when driving in town. People do occasionally insist on screwing with me at stoplights though... and I can't help but show them what the 0-60 time on the car is when they do.

I drive slower then I use to. I feel like cops are alway watching me more since I'm driving the camaro. Plus I like spending the time in my car so I'm in no hurry.
You know who drive ME crazy... Those damn minivan drivers! I know this may sound like a stereotype, but in my town it is as real as it could be. When I leave soccer practice with my son who pulls out without looking? The minivan. Who cuts me off more often then anyone else? The minivan. Who do I see speeding 10-15 over in town driving? The minivan. Who do I see run more red lights. The minivan. In my neighborhood their are two minivan drivers that see run the same stop sign every morning!

It depends on what kind of mood i am in, I never drive fast in residential area's , On surface streets I tend to like to get towards either the front of back, i hate being stuck in the middle of morons that at any given moment will lock up there brakes or turn into your lane, On the highway i" give her " when needed , But i must be honest nothing satisfies me more than when 2 idiots are driving side by side going 5 under the limit and one guy slips up and gives me just enough room to kick her in low gear and blast plast them like they are sitting , damn that feels good

I follow the rules of the road until I'm by myself. Ideally I'm in the sticks with corn fields on each side of the road then it's fun time.
