I park in just such a spot whenever possible. Sometimes parking lots are just too small to get that far away from everyone else.

I worry there will be some douche screwing around that far out in the lot and also avoid it, i would get far away but a little closer in maybe by a pole ( i prefer islands but i see that particular lot is missing those) so anybody dicking around hits that instead of my car...

Here I wouldnt have done that. The Home Depot near me are known for kids running in and out of those and the employees dont care.
