When I first watched this last year, I had no idea I would end up buying a 1LE or one that was ABM. I was still looking at Mustangs until I did a 1LE test drive

I just picked up a 1SS arctic blue metallic, according to dealer the only one in WA state.
Like many others have mentioned, the color always seems "just okay" in pictures, but for some reason it is just stellar in person. I cannot stress enough how much I love this color. When I'm driving, I look at the hood and frequently say to my wife "I love this color". It's just so damn classy. Something just feels "right" about it. For that reason, and that it only had a 1 year run, I predict it will become a classic/collector color. I wouldn't be surprised if they bring it back for another year in the next generation as well.

Dang how did I miss this thread till now.

The picture with no hood wrap is when I received the car back from the body shop after hitting a deer. The car was within 2k of being totaled. The hood will be wrapped this spring as will as my PPF being reinstalled at that time. Side rockers are on order and I am switching my lug nuts over to black.

Put some black bowties on her today. The black rally stripes demanded it so I went ahead and did it. I love ABM but I can't say I care for the gold bowtie against the body color.

Good move changing to the black bowtie. Now, if you could only remove that front plate. I guess that's the price you pay for living in Cali.

Hell yea man. It sucks. Pisses me off every time I take a pic. But yea... I dig the weather and stuff.

Why not take it off then? None of my 3 Camaro's have had plates and it's only been an issue when I've gotten parking tickets (extra $25 fine... Not even a bloody fix-it ticket

) . My 6th gen came with a plate and all I have are two tiny holes no one's noticed yet.
