Thumbs down 2016 Camaro gen 6 Picture

I seriously glad I got the Gen 5 model. Do not like the new model at all. What do think?

from what I can see in that shot, looks like Camaro is going to have an even smaller upper grille, with a massive lower one. Also not a fan of the spoiler but you cant really tell much from that picture.

Still a bit early to make judgements but I don't expect to like the 6th gen better than the 5th.

First, when has anyone managed to follow up such a hit with something better? The 5th gen is going to be a really tough act to follow.

Second, historically the even numbered camaro gen's aren't that great in the design dept (to me), the 1st, 3rd and 5th were all great looking cars, the 2nd and 4th? Meh.

Its hard to say if its a success or fail based on that obscure pic. The profile is exciting IMO. Whether the design will rock in person remains to be seen.

looks like the new Camaro design follows the same route that Ford took for the new Mustang...a more Euro sleek look. That is not necessarily bad. A great #of people thought the new Mustang was fugly before it came out. Now that is out, people are starting to like it more and more, especially in person. Same reaction is likely for our new Camaro.

I thought the new Mustang was ugly when it came out and still do.

And from what I've seen of the 6th gen Camaro, I don't think I'm gonna like it.

They should have just made it look just like the 5th gen, just a bit smaller & lighter.

You don't like the new model? They haven't even revealed it yet.

You know, looking at that I'm getting a little bit of early 70's second generation feel...

That's the ONE thing that would do in my Fifth Gen...
