The brake dust is definitely a big issue!

Edging near 13k now. It's our road trip car. Of every 1000 miles, 900+ are on the Interstate going the exact speed limit, officer.

about 3700 miles on a 2013.....and agreed with the brake dust issue; so much so, I just switched to Hawk ceramic pads, supposed to be low dust, we will see....

Got mine almost two years ago. Just about to hit 16,000 miles, with over 1,000 of those miles being balls to the wall road course driving / tracking.

You are so right there! We are rebuilding my transmission, first issue I've had after 700 passes down the track with over 700WHP!

How has the ZL1 been as a daily? Any advanced wear and tear problems?

picked mine up in January of 2013 and I have 37,000 daily driven miles. Loved every one of them except one when I hydroplaned on the freeway. that was scary but straightened out quick. Only issue I've had is the drainage system on the convertible top keeps disconnecting and draining water into my passenger side rear floor board.

Mine is right at 2 years old and has 8200 miles, of which maybe 500 are track. Have already gone through the OEM tires and a passenger front MPSS.

Damn I love my car.

Bought my car December 31, 2012 47,893 to date. Loving every mile. No problems at all. Done 3 full set tire swaps and 1 brake pad swap so far other than that it runs like a r@ped ape!!!!! total daily driver!! Been to Vegas 3 times San Francisco 1 time and San Diego atleast 10 times. Car begs to be driven.
