I made the switch in Sept. from a 1LT/RS to a 2 SS/RS. I loved my V6 M6. I had it for 2 years and it was a kick @$$ car. I unlike some others was not having buyers remorse when I traded. I happened to be at the dealer looking for a chance to see and test drive a 14 SS. They didn't have any at the time but they had a black( my favorite color) 2013 2SS loaded to the gills. I test drove it and fell in love with all the added options. I didn't have the I gotta have a V8 bug. But what impressed me about the 8 was the low end torque. I went ahead and made the trade and I am completely happy with the 2013 SS. I made the right decision but I remain loyal to the V6. It is a very respectable piece of machinery. People lets not forget, until 2010 when the V6 Camaro hit the street. V6 owners from every car maker forced to ride around in weak, underpowered single side exhaust that had the diameter of a banana . Chevy made everybody change their V6. The 2010 1LT Camaro had only a few less HP than a 2010 Mustang GT. Now that I have had the V8 I wouldn't go back but there's nothing wrong with riding in the 6. If you have the spare change and you really want the SS then make it happen.
