You are correct. The 1LE "suspension package" is everything you have listed.

The 1LE performance package is what you can get when you buy a brand new camaro on the lot today. Which includes the wheels everybody is talking about.

I just ordered the suspension package for my 14 2LT/RS. whats the main improvements i should see in my car? and do u guys think its worth the price?
