It's safe to say he's seen his thread is missing and the threads calling his charity calendar a scam, yet doesn't say anything? fishy.. why even log in.

Weird, when I click on the link it says s/he was last on yesterday at 6:45pm lol. So I guess it could be possible s/he doesn't know about this thread.

Not gonna lie idc either way what is going on, although this is an interesting read lol. I was hoping to get a new calender and would like it to be camaro related but I would prob have some luck going to one of those kiosks at the mall and find one, or I could make my own

Yes but it's 12:50 am here, and 1:50 AM where you are. So, 'yesterday' was only 1 or 2 hours ago. Meaning he last logged in about 5 hours ago.

I believe "The Blur" already alluded to the fact that he did find the thread but, we can't see it due to Dannymaro selling an item as a vendor without paying the vendor fee to Camaro5.
If you are going to sell items as a business on Camaro5 they want a vendor fee, members can sell items in the marketplace without paying any fees but, not as a business.
Hopefully, "The Blur" or one of the other moderators can explain whether this is one of the issues that has contributed to the confusion or maybe I'm just stupid and talking out of my butt.

I emailed him a few times about the pics for it and he seemed like a nice guy. I paid for one and I hope everything works out fine. I don't think we should talk bad about him until we know for sure he did something wrong.

You are correct the thread is just hidden. Also, the calendar was branded Camaro5. Protecting our members is one of the reasons for vendor rules. However, as Mark said, this does not appear to be a scam.

No disrespect meant.........but it looks like a scam only because DannyMaro is taking the time to check in from behind the scenes, and has yet to take a few moments to respond........................................to either defend/deny, confirm, update, ie. If my or anyones speculation is ill placed and this is legit.........................I would be the 1st to offer Danny my sincere personal and humble apology..............................


1. If it is true that DannyMato's Calender offer is real, and it seems it could be, why is it that the proceeds ( Profits) were to be earmarked for a Charitible cause why is it that the he asks that the $20.00 payment notation be a"Gift" and not a "Donation"?

2."If there is a tie after the polls close, we will then have a run-off between the tied contestants." ...........................................then why this alteration of the contest rule?

Back to business. I know there was a three way tie between Fastfreddie, Blackone and IPT. After receiving some votes from members who messed up voting the first time and adding those in as well, we have a two way tie between Blackone and IPT. Since both received the same amount of votes (106) I will include both in the calendar. I will shift one of the members up to the cover page to accommodate for this.

Why weren't voters allowed to pick the cover winner as the rule suggest ?


And finally............................this for Mark the Moderator from Miata, I notice that your avatar lists you local to DannyMaro ( San Diego)..........might I ask if you personally know him? If he, as you state............... has been a member of that forums community since 2005. Have you ever met him and is he active in that community or is his relationship, strickly business/for profit ?

Oh! Have members of the Miata forums been kept up to date on the progress of their calenders better than they have here, and have they received theirs yet?

Guys (and girls):

We do not know for certain if/that this is a scam or not. However, if this was a scam you have my word I will get each and every one of you your money back.

This isn't me saying camaro5, the police, or etc will get your money back - but I, Stieger, will get it back.
