PRAY Performance will not be accepting any new porting jobs.

I apologize for the inconvenience but I will not be accepting any new porting jobs for the foreseeable future. I will honor any jobs I have already accepted. If you have contacted me about porting but have not committed yet and I can find time, I may be able to get port and returns in on a limited basis but I will not be doing the core return program.

The plan for cylinder heads at this point is that I am going to have my ports, valve seat work, and valve job digitized by a very reputable company and utilize their services for my own Black Label CNC heads. Hopefully by November I will be able to start accepting porting jobs again.

I am still going to sell parts for the mean time. Contact me by email with the parts you wish to purchase and I will get pricing for you.

Thanks,
Brett

:( I was thinking about placing an order for a IM/TB. Best of luck with the heads and I'll be on the lookout in November!

Thanks. I look forward to getting back to it. Things were just starting to take off too which sucks.

And I hate being vague like a Facebook poster looking for attention.

The long and short of it is that the Military decided to move me to a promotion position that I was not planning on at all. It was no where in the plan. When I declined I was asked to turn in my retirement paperwork. So get promoted or retire. Hmmm, decisions, decisions. Now I have basically a month to pack up my family, sell my house and find a place to live at the new location. Unfortunately that is just the tip of the iceberg of all the underlying complications.

You have given 20 years already. You should give your family the choice man, this is coming from someone in service like you. I was a spouse while my wife has been active way longer than me, the spouse life is hard man believe it or not with the time away , etc.

I am picking up what you are laying down man. My wife has been with me since 8 months after I enlisted. She has raised our kids on her own. She is truly a blessing and the only reason I am where I am at right now. The ones who suffer most from our enlistments are our spouses and children. I only saw my oldest one 6 months total out of the first three years of here life. I have 12 trips down range for about 60 months total since 9/11. That is just deployed time. Then add in all the training and schools and God only knows how much time I have missed. I would love to retire but alas, nothing is ever as it seems on the surface. There is no way I could retire right now.

The unit I am supposed to help stand up I fully believe will save lives. If my old broke, busted and disgusted war torn behind can impart knowledge on the next generation that allows them to get home to their families then it is what it is. If that is what I can give then I am going to give all of it. I am tired of watching unprepared kids given missions they were never equipped to complete come home in body bags. With everything I have survived and all the things I have seen all around the world I know without a shadow of a doubt that there is a plan for all of us. The sooner we accept it and get in line the better off we are.

I apologize for the rant. I have issues. LOL.

Thanks guys. As soon as I am settled I will do my best to pick up where I left off if I am not irrelevant by then. I still plan on doing my back to back IM track test next weekend. Just put E in the car. I just don't have any details on all this upcoming stuff. I wanted to get ahead of the game with the community so I didn't just ghost out. Once I have all the details I will come up with a plan to manage everything so I can still serve our country and this community as I have been.
