Looks like it's a LS or LT Turbo 4 judging from the wheels and non-painted shark fin antenna. Maybe he's going for the 70's flowmaster look
....I've seen plenty of 70's era cars looking like that, but at least they made sure the mufflers weren't crooked back in the day. Yeah that's pretty bad...
