If it is a mid cycle refresh there better be a lot if camo on the rear of the car to hide the drastic changes. Rear needs the most work.

Feels so weird to have such fast refreshes but I suppose sales could be factor. I hope they don't completely massacre it like the Mustang which realy didn't need the refresh so fast if we are talking sales. The 2015 Mustang is a cool looking car, even as a Camaro lover first and foremost, as a general car lover I thought it was great. The headlights were one of the best parts and they completely ditched them. The 2018 is atrocious.

It is pretty clear to me that this is the 2020 Mustang!!! The Chevy guys got their prototype and got caught driving it around. It is the only thing that can explain those small brakes!!!

Definitely looks like the mid-cycle refresh, maybe including a bump to DEXOS 3!? Not sure the market could bare that yet though...

I think this is the new Chevy Nova thats going to be revealed at the NY auto show! Hahaha.
I love all the speculation myself and Im constantly checking these pages every day for any new Camaro info I can find. Love reading peoples points of view and making my own comments as well. But in this case, I think everyone is a bit Hyper-reactive to a "Z/28" return. Im not saying that there's no chance in hell it could be a Z model as we've played this game before and just got a big surprise. For all anyone knows, this car could just be a prank on the Camaro community seeing how we are all on the edges of our seats all the time, disecting every photo and microscopic piece of info we get making huge speculations. The engineers couldve just overly camo'd up a base model and rolled it out the door for the cameras. Probably all sitting back laughing right now. |

If it was a turbo 1LE would they need to camo it? The brakes don't even look big enough for the 1LE. When is a refresh due?

I say it's a refresh or 2.0T 1LE. The visible equipment shows no sign of super high performance, but those do look like four piston brakes and SS rims. Maybe a 2019 refresh? But the last gen Camaro was refreshed the same year the Z/28 was released, so that's still hope. The only thing that doesn't make sense is the lack of a Corvette refresh being spied, especially being that the C7 is two model years older than the 6th gen Camaro
