You guys are assuming there will be a 20%. This time last year the 16-20% off tags were already out. They cut the 3rd shift at the plants to cut back on inventory so they wouldn't have to do that this year.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you guys and I could be wrong but so far everything points to there not being anything major like that this year.

True but they have had 20% off for SS, impala, and malibu so far this year and sales are way down on camaros in general. If I can't get a 16-20% I'll just buy used. Doesn't matter to me either way. I'm just waiting and seeing what happens at this point.

This. 20% deals have already started for other models and I'm sure it's only a matter of time for camaros. Besides 2018 models are already on lots and there is plenty of 2017's left with no real incentive to choose those over 2018's now, until the 20% comes along. But like HomerJFong said if they don't I'll just buy used.

It's funny because I asked a question about this earlier today. 20% off is actually realistic I would believe. The SS are not selling, and in my area it's cars that have been sitting on the lots forever, some for half of the year, others for a year. And with the 2018s already on the streets, they should want to get rid of 17 models

Last year they had a bunch of 2016's at the end of the year sitting on lots, so they had to blow them out. I dont think that is the case this year. I was hoping to get a 2017 1LE at 20% off, but there's only 1 red 2016 1LE near me and I dont like red. The dealers already have 2018's. I dont think it will be like last year at least not for 1LE's

Article from the car pro on bonus tags. Yes it's about silverados but the general point of view is still made.

I'm just waiting for a half decent sale on the 2ss. I want about 15 percent sale. I don't expect the full 20 again this year. But every year almost every car has a sale for getting rid of the last year model. I have seen almost every other Chevy model have 17-20 percent off so far. Trucks crossover compact impala ss. So without watching for them 5 other Chevy cars have seen year old sales when the 2018s came out. Any reason the Camara would not?

That was one of the most anecdotal articles I have ever read. I see no evidence that sales were affected by anything mentioned here.

I don't think GM has ever had to try hard to unload 1LEs. That's a special case.

66,325 blk mosaic zl1 new at Ron Carter my deal 56,791 went with yellow instead.. There's no 20% now just loyalty, gm market cash, and supplier if you have a gsf number. Or employees price.

What you need to ask and stand firm is any coupons or hold back money or certificates. .

Going out of state to save 1k or more maybe worth it or a dealer will bring car to you with in 500 miles.

Phillips chevy in Illinois second best pricing Grey and Red hot

Bomnin in fla is good bit 1300 fee and 395 document fee.

Garnet red zl1 in Austin 64,300 msrp no options 56, 700

Blk 17 in fla Dimmitt good price 59k a few options.

I ended up with 67,125 yellow 2017 I was last yellow for 17 I got it exactly for 60k and 64,115 out the door.

I got 3.59 at first community credit union at 84 months w a 720 they will take 680 to 720 for that. 72 month was 2.75

Idea of payments zero down w Gap..

Amount financed 64,500 84mos. 867 per month
Blk mosaic 60,900 84 mos 820 month.

Man I felt great when I walked in or over the phone said I have been approved by my credit union for x amount Im buying today let's see you best price.

Attached is my deal for the one I passed on if someone want to buy it..

If your looking for a car let me know I been looking for the best deal for over 2 mos.. I probably seen it..or knows who's the lowest priced.

unfortunately, them figuring out how not to exceed demand is going to keep me out of one of these things.

WHERE ARE THE GOL DAMN 20% BONUS TAGS? I bought a new 16 Camaro SS last year at this time for 24% off, gonna buy a 17 soon when they drop again.
If the tags don't drop, I ain't buyin, simple as that. New lower end Vette LT 1's are 18% off in my area but I AM 6'4 too tall.
