How Do I know.....Tint % & Lowered?

I was wondering how I could tell if my car has been lowered and what % tint I have can anybody help me figure it out?

As far as tint, you should easily be able to spot any film on the inside of you window if there is any. If not, I believe these camaros come standard with 93% tint

Should be able to go to any state inspection location (ie. Kwik Kar - if you have those) and get them to drop the reader on front window. Hard to tell tint on photo could be 35 or 20 depending on angle of light. Looks dropped to me might be able to tell by spring color if you can get a good glance in there.

It looks lowered compare to my wife's car with stock wheels and def not factory tint

That's is definitely lowered and definitely tinted lol

I would say it's at least lowered 1.25 inches, tint is at least 15% throughout. 5% is the lowest tint level and I thought it was 5%, but you can slightly see your steering wheel through the window.

Living in ft wayne it's probably illegal. My dad's tint is not that dark and i believe its just slightly under legal limit (he lives in Ft wayne too)

The tint is definetly illegal (30% minimum light exposure)

You can always lower your windows to decrease the chances of you getting a ticket when the cops are around. Works for me.

Link posted will not work, but indiana allows up to 30% tint on all wondows

Looks good. BMR and Pedders springs are red/orange, Hotchkis are dark grey, Pfadt are silver grey. Just wait and see if you get a fix it ticket for the tint and no front license plate.

crap, not really what I want to hear about the tint. is it a big project to have the tint removed and a legal % put back on?

I will go see if I can see the color of the springs tomorrow during the day.

Visit your local tint shop and ask them to measure it.
