Does the tow hook from ZL1addons that fits the C7 Corvette also fits the 18 SS 1LE?
I have front and rear ones that I used on my C7. Hoping I can at least use the front one on the SS 1LE. |

I reached out to the GM at the dealership and the missing tow hook got ordered immediately! According to the sales person that hook doesnt come with the car it needs to be ordered and my car wasnt ordered with one! :/ I really didnt feel like starting anymore shit with this guy so I thanked him instead! lol Of course I need to make the 30 mile drive to the dealer to get it though! :/ So the nice little resting spot under the rear matt will have a hook in it very soon!

That dealer is ridiculous, it’s not a fvcking option. All Camaros include one.
My ZL1 didn’t come with the spring spacers, or air deflectors (lost during PDI apparently). The dealer I bought my car from immediately ordered them and shipped them to my house. 30 miles isn’t bad though, I would have been fine driving that far. I bought my car 5 hours away. |

Hmmm...interesting thread....subscribed.
So aside from the spring spacers, tow hook and fuel filler funnel (which I had no idea about), is there anything else that should be included with my ZL1 when it arrives?

Mine was supposed to have dealer installed locking lug nuts but when I got it home they were no where to be found. Dealer was 4 hours away in another state and I called them up and they mailed them right out. Got them a couple of days later.

Most dealers PDI crew are techs or porters wth spare time and they do a garbage job unless you’re on top of them. Forgetting accessories, mats, wheel locks, trim pieces, and even center caps is common unless they have a manager watching their work. That’s the reason I have a prep department at my stores that only focus on prepping cars instead of spare time fillers. Always check your vehicle at delivery for all accessories.
Dealer responses like that really give me the cramps. |

The tow hook has arrived at the dealer! Damn that was quick! They didnt even know the PN of it and in one day they received it! :/ Nothing seems to amaze me anymore!
