I want to give a shout out to Michael's Keys in Colleyville (Dallas-Fort Worth area). I ordered two replacement switchblade FOBs on Amazon as I had lost my old ones and was using the replacement key from the dealer which was the single key and the keyless FOB. Michael's Keys had two FOBs cut in less than 10 minutes and only charged $25 a key. Programming the FOB afterward was a cinch.
