Very nice looking wheels. Just curious, what do you gain having larger wheels? For me I can't justify the cost to replace my 20" wheels, but you guys that upsize your wheels must do it for more than just looks?
I'm not being sarcastic, I'm just ignorant to what you gain with larger wheels. Russ |

Forcer- How do you like the Lambo doors? A guy that used to date my daughter had the Lambo doors on his Firebird. They were very heavy to open and after about a year the hydraulic cylinders lost their charge and the doors would not stay up.
His doors would actually open as normal, then you would push them out and then up. Is that the same way your's work? Russ |

The doors are heavy so obviously the gas shocks will ware out, but they are cheap just a ***** to replace haha, but so far ive had over 8 months and it is easy to lift up, and no problems staying up, and yes the doors open about 45 degrees still so you can still get in and out, then it lifts up. it is def a fun mod, im not worried about the shocks just "Going out" it is a good company that makes them with 1/4 inch thick steel welded. Other then that it is an awesome mod, and i dont regret it at all.

Looks great! I really like that. 22'' fits the wheel well nicely.

Do the 22's effect the braking at all, do you need a caliper upgrade?
I remember Jessie James talking about this on Monster Garage years back?? His claim was that they needed to be changed with rim size upgrades... Just wondering?? |

Doesn't the larger wheels also effect the accuracy of your speedometer? How do you fix that? Maybe not a big deal going from 20" to 22" but going from like 17" to 22" or larger could make a huge difference in your speed accuracy. Could it also effect your odometer?
