Sunroof or no sunroof?
I like my sunroof but when at the track it's be nice to not have it with the helmet on. What's your opinion?

Purposely none for helmet clearance reasons here.
Like the lines better also. Plus no where to leak.

Well, you mentioned both scenarios. At the track: no. On the street it's nice to have.

I vote no sunroof too!! Love that reverse Mohawk roof on the Camaro and for that main reason my SS doesn't have one! My 1987 IROC Z had t-tops and I hated them. They leaked constantly when it rained.

Sunroof for sure, car is claustrophobic without extra bit of light
also on a nice day cruising makes it all worthwhile lines are fine with it |

Ordered mine without one. Had it all summer and have not wished for one yet. Plus I like the reverse Mohawk roof as others have said. Didn't have one on 5th gen either for the same reason. Did love my 4th gen T-tops tho!

My '10 SS had no sunroof and my '13 ZL1 was a vert. This time around I decided on a coupe w/sunroof. It will be on the street more than the track.

This reminds me of the V6 versus V8 thread. 'If you get if you get the roof the car looks like crap" - another opinion stated as fact. Hogwash....I bought the car off the floor so it has a roof. I'm glad I have it. As somebody said above, it really opens up the car to light, otherwise with dark tint and black color, the cabin can get pretty cave like.
Ruin the look? No way .....that's my opinion, not a fact. |
