I must have fell on my head!!!
I'm seriously thinking of trading my black beauty for the Traverse below.
I love my Camaro but have driven an SUV for over 15years I miss the roominess. I can't justify having both as I use my Camaro as a DD. The Traverse has the DVD system, heated seats, double moonroof and AWD which is important in my neck of the woods even though it was 55 degrees today. If the numbers work out I'm most likely going to pull the trigger. Tomorrow(later today I should say it's past 12am) I will know for sure Maybe in a few years I'll buy a used SS vert. And use it only as a summer car.

Do what feels right but I would hate for you to regret letting go of the Camaro months down the road

Love the Traverse, had one, but sold it in order to get my camaro. You have a 2012? You'll lose a bunch on that deal I'd imagine? Good luck anyhow.

Good luck. If its your primary car I can understand you wanting a bigger vehicle. Hang around here either way Keep us posted!

The Traverse is a nice rig for sure--they're very roomy and the 3.6 makes all the right sounds, the suspension isn't bad for a behemoth of a crossover. It's not fun like a Camaro, but it is comfortable.
Did something in your life change? Or, did the Camaro turn out to be a completely unexpected mismatch for your lifestyle? I'd think you're going to lose your shorts in the deal. |

The Traverse isnt bad. My parents have one and I like driving it around town when needed. Roomy and comfortable with some decent power to it.

We looked at getting a new traverse but after actually looking hard at it and comparing to our tahoe we decided not to. The traverse was actually 12" longer than our tahoe with more interior room. Being bigger coupled with the V6 I didnt think we'd save any for gas milage. Bought a Toyota highlander instead.

Just remember that the grass is always greener on the other side...but you still have to mow it.
