Obviously a skillful Photoshop. It would make a good starting point with some changes. I think it is too close to the 2nd gen. Kind of mother daughter where our 5th gen is more great great grand child to the 69 Maro. I think the 6th gen will end up keeping the best parts of the 5th and addressing the few nit picks. We have to keep the rear fenders pretty close to what they are now. Those "hips" are so loved they are showing up at least in small ways on nearly every Chevy out there now. Yes, I'm a fan of women with those same hips too! Outside of that I think a little better visibility and a little lighter and we are there.

If GM replicated a 1970 Camaro in designing the 6th gen they would be regressing in style...most people will agree that the 1969 Camaro was the best looking Camaro aside from the new 5th gens. Once the 70s rolled around most cars, including the Camaro, lost power and got uglier. Who would want to drive a new car based on the 70s...Ford Pinto anyone?
I like the photoshop but I don't think GM wants anything to do with their 70s style or we'll end up with a Cadillac diesel engine under the hood too.

I'm kinda surprised at all the negative comments. Any one who doesn't like this clearly hates the early 2nd gens. Add me to the group who loves this!! I think it's sick. Freaking mean looking. Props to the designer.
