L99 looking for a good shop in Houston

Looking at doing stall, 3.91, and headers myself, but need to lock down a shop in Houston area for cam install and tune. Also decide on vvt/dod delete cam or full ls3 conversion. It seems everyone is all over the place with this argument. So help a brother out.

Can't go wrong with any of these. They are all awesome folks and are great at what they do.

- J-Rod's Speedshop
- MTI (Motorsport Technologies Inc)
- KP Racing
- PowerFab Automotive

Hope this helps.

Theres also Houston house of power, LMR, and G-force. I dont have any personal experience with any of them but they’re big name shops here in houston with good reputation.

Had J rods do a little work on my car a few weeks ago and they are good. Just pulling up to the garage lets you know they work on ls based cars. There had to be 7 camaros, 5 vettes and several cts-vs they were working on at the time.

The seemed like a friendly bunch and price was reasonable for the work done.

I have my 2010 in at Triple Threat Racecraft right now getting a turbo setup. Smaller shop but very knowledgeable and had some very nice Camaro a vette builds going on when I dropped mine off. They are in Porter.

J-Rod or GForce have always been good to me. Highly recommend.

Chuch at HHP for the win. We grind their cams in house here in Georgetown.
