How to Remove Front License Bracket/Frame ?

I bought a new Camaro but unfortunately the state I bought it in requires front plates. I live in N/W IN. We don’t need a front plate. How do you remove the front license plate bracket ? I hope there won’t be holes but I know there’s plugs we can buy.

The dealer asked if I wanted them to install the front plate.
"Hell no"
They said, "that's what we figgered".

In live in state where a front plate is technically required, but the cops will usually only harass you about that if they are looking to #### with you.

So I take it the bracket is already on the car? If so, it's a bit of work but can be done at home.

What kind of plugs can you get for the holes in the grille?

There will be holes, when I purchased my car the Service Manager came out and although my state requires them, said they do not put the bracket on Corvettes and Camaros until they talk to the new owner. Thankful for that. I attached it myself with no holes.

My dealer didn't have the car and wouldn't order one so he did a dealer trade. This was a mistake that i later regretted but deal is done and i'm happy with the car.

I think Texas requires it too but i've had the car over a year and have put less than 2k miles on it so i don't worry about it much.
