I've been told to always have the cops come for an accident. Tell them that the people that got in the accident sound like they are about to fight. You'll see how fast they show up.

I called my dad right after this happened and he said to always call the cops

That's just sheer carelessness and not looking on her part. It's one thing if you're right next to her and her legitimately not seeing you because you were in her blind spot , but being that far up she just didn't look

Glad everyone is O.K. In AZ if you were passing someone on the right and they crossed into your lane, you would both be given tickets.
