ARH Catted Downpipes in CA

Anyone have experience with the ARH downpipes in CA. Will it pass smog? How does it sound with the NPP exhaust?

The safe assumption is that any mod that requires a tune or is detectable by visual inspection will fail. I think this one falls into the second category.

Since it deletes cats, it definitely will not come close to passing smog.
