I don't wave. If that makes me a jerk, so be it. I'm either looking at the road, or the other Car.
I like to check out the other color combos other people have done. I haven't seen many around my neck of the woods. There is a Red Jewel Metallic V6 that I see all the time, but other than that one, I don't see many Camaros on a consistent basis. There is a Silver V6 around, a ABM 2SS around (haven't seen it, but my bro's neighbor says his G-pap has a ABM 2SS). Saw a Black w/ Orange Stripes today about 30 miles away from my home, but it was doing circles in a Pizza Hut Parking lot.

lol... i dont wave on reflex... but if someone waved to me in a Camaro i would wave back for sure =D But if you wave to me in some other car, you better be someone I know, otherwise I'd just think your waving at someone else =o

No Camaro yet..but I drive a tow truck and all other tow drivers wave like its a cult!!!
 Funny thing is I dont tow...we use it as our delivery truck for our machine shop

Nothing wrong with a little wave or nod of the head.
We love it even more when non Camaro folks wave, thumbs up, ask questions, or just plain stare. People are AMAZED at the car, most love the color(ABM), and others are reminising from their younger days wishing they could have had a Gen 1. Or maybe it is just our Southern Hospitality.

I won't say their a jerk yet, because I don't know them, and there are only a few on the road. My own opinion is it would be nice to acknowledge our 5th Gen.

I would wave back if i got waved at but i only tend to get shocked looks as most people in the mideast expect to see a guy in the car... hehehe... but would def give a thumbs up if i saw any other female camaro drivers!

I remember when I started a new job I used to say "hi" and "good morning" to anyone I crossed paths with - regardless of whether I knew them or not. For a while, I mostly got non-responses but eventually people knew if they saw me coming - they were going to receive a greeting and most responded in kind.
Make the wave and be patient. It will catch on.
