Painted my calipers Red Jewel

Hey guys,

I finally painted my calipers, and I chose the Red Jewel paint to go with. The black stock color was fading and it started to look really dull! I also attached the Brembo decals a few days after I painted them.

These two pictures are not the best, but it'll give you an idea.

What do you think?

It'll hold up fine unless you are racing...tape off the brembo decal and shoot 'em a thin coat of clear to keep them looking nice...

It seems to be doing well so far, I've had them for around two weeks now. The weather in Kuwait reaches up to 50 degrees celsius in the day, add that to the heat the brakes make, seems to be fine.

What do you think of the size of the letters of decal, not too big?

Perfect! How long did you have to wait for the paint to fully dry before driving it?

It looks bigger on the rear calipers because they are smaller. I regret not getting a smaller size decal. But the shipping would take a while since I'm ordering it from the US, to Kuwait. What I have will do though.

Yours looks great.

My friend had it done for me it his garage, and they put the caliper in the huge "oven" type thing, and it dried quite quickly. I picked it up a day after dropping it off, which isn't so bad. Washed them a few days later, and applied the decals even a few more days after that.

I actually dropped the car at a friends garage, gave them the color code, and he took care of it.

Were did you get the Brembo stickers? Been looking all over but can't find the right size.
