For your goals LSA probably be the best fit.

I went with the SLP and Love it....kinda wish i did the Whipple however.

Go big and keep the boost down low, then some day when you want more power you have the ability too!

For less than $6500 you can get a SLP TVS2300 92000a, 50 state legal kit, complete with LS9 injectors, smaller pulley and belt, CAI extension tube and a MSD Boost A Pump. With a custom dyno with your mods you would net 550rwhp at 7.5-8psi.

A great choice since the OP is in Texas.

Figure out what your driving and HP goals are, as well as, what you may think looks good and pull the trigger. Best of luck.
I feel the same way. My daily driver is a 4WD 4Runner raised with 33's with a PD TRD/Eaton SC. It is 16 years old with over 180k miles and has never been serviced. No problems. SLP is also quiet with a low whine only under load.

Well that's why I suggested LSA. You can go to Adm and have it installed out the door between 5-6k

Agreed. I'm going to buy new, not used or rebuilt, if I'm spending that type of money.

5-6k installed isn't much money honestly. The blowers ADM sells are typically almost new, and usually at most have less than 5k miles. The kit is no doubt reliable.

I had the same mods as you more/less before my ADM LSA install, and after the ADM kit and a LS9 cam I made over 550whp. so its right where you want to be and its easy to make more power if you want it.

I bought the very first LSA kit. The blower was used. If you look at it on my build page, you will be hard pressed to see any indication it was used.

Andy makes sure they are rock solid..

I have over 11k on mine since install...

How reliable is the LSA for a DD? The price for that blower is within my range but will have to check with them to be sure.

Reliable enough GM uses them in the ZL1!

My LSA is sitting at ADM now.... waiting on an install. If money were not an object I would have purchased the Heartbeat. The Kit from Andy was just too good of a deal and easily fit my power goal of 600.
