Well... 450-500 rwph sounds like a lot to me in a V6. Now don't get me wrong I'd love to see it. It always entertains me when a V6 camaro smokes a V8. ...Even if it's mine...

Johny, who you need to talk to is Alex (V6owner) on the HTCC, he supercharged his V6, and had a LOT of mods....and if I'm not mistaken, it was pushing a hair over 400 hp. and his 1/4 mile time is a 12.92 @ 107 mph.

I got a 2010 SS with 9500 miles on it last February for $28.9K from Texas Direct. They gave me $6k on the trade in (Chevy only offered $4k) and pay $500/mo with the 100k mi warranty. I guess for a brand new car you did but for people on a budget that like to go fast buying it a couple years old with a few miles on it is usually the way to go.

I pay $530 a month for my 2012 SS I bought brand new. Having a decent down payment can help as well. Gotta save up!

Also, buying a used car can deff save you a bit of money as well. I wanted a new one though even with my parents telling me I'd regret it because of the payment. Yea... I haven't regret a thing yet haha. Although I wouldn't mind a lower payment but that's not what I'd call a regret.

Mine as the total came out right at 50k total cost of ownership, is considerably higher than that for a 4 year loan.

but it is a 44k car with another 5000 dollar package on top of that. so Invoice was still pretty high.

HTCC Wins Club Participation Award

Camaros rolled in from everywhere on Sunday for the J.J. Watt Foundation Charity Car meet.

It was an absolute perfect day for hanging out and to top it off H-Town took home the big trophy.
