Pictures of Camaros and Corvettes at 2018 Chicago Auto Show

Here are the pictures I took of the Camaros and Corvettes that were displayed on Saturday, February 17th at the 2018 Chicago Auto Show. The Chevy display had the new Hot Wheels 50th anniversary coupe, a white ZR1 1LE, an orange Corvette ZR1 convertible and a black stingray convertible. Another section of the show had a white Lingenfelter supercharged ZL1 1LE, a black Lingenfelter supercharged automatic convertible and this years version of the Chicago Blackhawks giveaway Camaro convertible. My 8 year old son wore his 50th anniversary Hot Wheels Camaro shirt and designed his own Camaro at the Chevy Design Studio kiosk. Enjoy!

Nice pics! If I had to pay over 100k for a car, the ZR1 would be my first choice. That is one impressive machine inside and out! Ford and the Europeans can keep their overpriced exotics.

Thanks for posting. Didn’t get a chance to go this year. I just ordered that hot wheels shirt for my son a few days ago

i also went this weekend and im looking forward to what Chevy has to offer for the 2019 year after seeing that Hot Wheels edition. Challenger fans were in full force and it did seem as if Dodge had more muscle on display in general.

ScottZ28,

Thanks for posting. Tough for me to get away to check out car shows these days.
I'm assuming that at least one of the boys featured in your pics was your son. He won't forget the experience. It takes me back to the days when Dad and Grandad would take me to the shows. Brings back some awesome memories.

Thanks for sharing.

Im not liking the narrow stripes on the hotwheels camaro,i fee like they look like something youd get at an auto parts store in a roll for $20

I like that orange color on the corvette! Looks like the sane color on the HW camaro. Man, I wish they had that color for the SS1LE.

I think the designers were trying to keep the stripes contained within the width of the hood bulge. If the stripes went beyond, it might distort and look weird.
