Windshield Wipers
My windshield wipers have not been doing their job, leaving streaks and making it hard to see out of. What windshield wipers do you recommend? What work the best?

I got the Bosch Marathon blades. No complaints so far.

After my factory ones died (always happens in the desert, dry rot/dust and rains twice a year) after almost 2 years (better than most aftermarket), I went back to the dealer and got both sides for under $25.00. Thats cheaper than only one side of most aftermarket brands.
Get a quote from your dealer if the factories lasted!

The aftermarket ones all seem to be complete replacements and not just the blade. If I remember correctly, they are all in the $30-40 range. This is taken from Advanced.

I really like the stock wipers, but for my DD MDX, Bosch Icons are very good, if they are maintained.

I have used Bosch blades two times for my truck and have been satisfied.

Stock is the best! Not expensive, either.

A lot of times you don't need to replace the blades, a simple clean up of the rubber will help.

I agree about stock is the best. They test different kinds of blades on cars to see the best fit. Just like they test tires to see the best fit.

I use Armor All cleaning wipes. I just wipe the dirt and grime off the blades. It also keeps the blades pliable, which helps.

For our cars we just purchased PIAA silicone wiper blades. They are supose to last longer and work a little better. I'll let you know how we like them when they get here this week.
