We should just annex Canada. We're all the same.

Do you have your USA work permit and a place to stay yet ?
I'm one of the very lucky few that have dual citizenship

As for a place to stay...did you know that the back seats in our cars fold down into a perfect sized bed for someone 5'9" like myself?

Did someone tell you, you needed special paperwork to bring your car there?
I'm lucky enough to have dual citizenship, so the first part isn't an issue.

Just from what I've read on CBP I technically need to "import" my car.

Ok thank you! Good to know. My car is a 2011, and Im at about 37000 miles (~59000km) right now. I'll have to keep it tame down there!

you need to talk to the ND Department of Motor vehicles as to what is required to register your car here. not GM or anyone else. Im pretty sure border patrol will not care one bit with you crossing the border with it if you are driving it. There is no requirement that you register it here if you have a address in Canada. If you move here you would have to register it after 90 day i believe. You may want to talk to Border Patrol too on the matter. Im sure they will tell you you dont need to do a thing for them.

I should have bought a ZL1
