His tires got slashed in a parking lot anyway. He was followed by one of his neighbors that thought his car was "cool" except not at 4am. Have you guys not seen the movie The Purge? The main family's neighbors were all cool until the end where they tried to kill them. Same thing in this case. QTP cutouts I can decide when my car is going to be loud. I'm just better I guess. Why would anyone want to piss off other people that live next to you? Makes no sense to me. Thats what makes neighborhoods go to shit.

Not one issue over my car's exhaust but my old Hyundai had a belt issue and that always got the neighbors attention. Slashing tires is a coward move.

Yeah, I had to pull up to his station at night to fix something one time and as I approached I closed my cutouts with the click of a button so I wouldn't wake up the rest of the duty section since the parking spots are right next to the building. I showed him the cutouts and he wished he had gotten them.
