Waat! How do you do it, I'm also on Long Island, I'm 28 and pay more than that for my daily Ford Fusion. I must of gotten quotes from a dozen insurance companies, nothing anywhere near $150 a month. No accidents or tickets here either.

Are you Nassau or Suffolk?

Car: 2018 ZL1 6 speed. If you are a good driver, why have a $500 deductible? I have a $2K deductible with full coverage and pay $81/mo. No fix/accidents, nada. My insurance co offers a program where they will provide steep discounts the less you drive. Since my ZL1 is only gonna see 3-5 k miles/ya, I just signed up. My insurance agent said I should expect the amount to drop to abot$60-$65. Pm me for more details. Hope this helps.

If I'm not mistaken most insurance companies use your FICO score to determine your rate, also only a few states exempt from this by law. This way of judging you should be illegal in all states IMHO. I have Allstate and pay 119.00 mt full coverage 100/300. collision dect. 1000/500.I am currently in the process of shopping around. I will not longer be loyal to one company. I also have 2 other vehicles and house with Allstate. I am looking at American Modern Insurance for my Z. Full replacement value in case of total loss. I just want to know how good they are at claims. Just my two cents worth.
