Michelin Pilot Super Sports are the best tires I've run on my Camaro
I was planning a road trip from Los Angeles to Joliet, IL for the Heidt's Performance Car Challenge, so too far to get there on my usual favorite NT-05's and then race on them without having to change them at the 3 events I plan on running out in the midwest....
anyway after watching how well Jordan from JDP Motorsports did on them at Run to the Coast in February, I decided to try them....these Michelin's aren't cheap, but they worked great on the highway, even in the heavy rain we encountered along the way, especially in the Ozarks... at the Heidt's event, these tires stuck great, on the road course they held during the fast corners, on the Speed Stop, they had plenty of grip to help get the Camaro stopped and the autocross they were very impressive, as I won the autocross event with the fastest time.... So, I highly recommend these tires, they are by far the best tire I have used on my Camaro and given the results at the event this last weekend, I will find it hard to use a different tire.... and just an FYI, Michelin did not give the tires, I purchased them from Rudy at Tire Rack, so my review is objective and used my $1400 to buy them, I feel I got my money's worth out of these tires...I will see how they hold up after Midwest Muscle Car Challenge on Memorial Day weekend, but they still have lots of treadlife after 2100 miles and 2 full days of racing.

I have ran the Michelin Pilot tires on my sport bike, if the tires for your Camaro do as well as the bike tires, they are a winner.

What sizes did you go with on what rim width? A 295/315 might be interesting with these if they'd fit. I know they run kinda wide.

Will be ordering these within the next few weeks. the stock goodyear tires the 1le came with are garbage. anybody think ill run into problems with a 315 in the back ?

One of my two picks, other being Invos, after seeing results and talking to Jordan at JDP, for my intended uses which is DD and 3-4 auto x's a year. I have 20x9 and 20x10 TSW's so need to go with 255/40 and 295/35's to keep speedo close to correct.

When running smaller diameters like the 285/35, did you take any measures to correct the computer? I would love to something like these but I've always been concerned about it messing up the odometer, abs, traction control, and who knows what else. I've been told that I can get the computer reprogrammed but at the moment I am preserving my warranty.
