Wrong term - Booster seats is more appropriate. Basically the seats are about 4-5" tall and raise the kids up so the belts fit better over their shoulders. Definately not the full car seats...

No one was commenting about the contraction "Who's" in the poster. It's the possesive "Your" in the poster that was incorrect that was being commented on. And I was being facetious/sarcastic when I said the original creator liked apostraphes.
