At first glance, I thought it was a 69. Not sure I like the chrome bumpers, especially the rear one. It just looks out of place with the rest of the cars lines.
Thanks for posting this, it's sure to be a topic for the day.

Pretty cool, except for the rear chrome bumper!

The rear bumper is just too high on the car. Not sure if it would look better lower because the lines on the rear quarter wont line up then

they had several versions, not all had the chrome....

Sad they stopped making it, but i guess the 7-9k for the kit not counting install was a bit steep..I was hoping there were some out there for a discount to move them maybe some imitation ones

Pretty obvious the coolest car in that video was the '69 H/O!

Something just feels odd, like seeing all those fiero kit cars made to look like Ferraris and Lambos, like it looks kinda close but just off enough in few dimensions, like car equivalent of uncanny valley.

kind of cool. Not sure even if I had money to burn, I would want to do it. The rear bumper looks terrible in my opinion

The front looks awesome. The rear looks like ass.

I just think the 5th gen pre-refresh rears look perfect. I have seen some people that have upgraded the front of a pre-refresh 5th gen to the 6th gen ZL1 style bumper. In my opinion it never looks right with the 10-13 rear end. Only on the 14-15 cars does it look good to me. The design of the car should be looked at in its entirety, if that makes sense.

But yeah...that front end of this '69 tribute kit looks so good, with a lot of thought and time put into the design. Then they got the rear and were like "slap some chrome on it and call it a day!" They could have made an entirely new rear cover with lights that more closely resemble 69.
