Headlamps last week and the body side this week. Makes me wonder if these are really "leaks" or are they part of some sort of viral campaign by GM that's leading to something bigger.

That would be cool if it was but I'm ready for them to just get the car out there!

To educate everyone this is not the press. It is one side of what looks to be the pierce die.

The press is the big giant hydraulic thing the dies go into that usually blank, form, re strike and pierce.

This die looks to be in the series were the panel is already formed and additional manufacturing holes are added.

Thanks for the clarification. Wasn't sure what the term was but the main thing is this not what that finished panel will actually look like. Just gives us an idea of the shape.

To be clear not trying to be a DB.

This very clearly the shape of the rear quarter. The pads in the die also iv an indication were things are being attached.

Remember those original prototype shots from back in July?

Sure is easy to see that roofline under the camo now, isn't it?

That's a mustang rear 1/4 press. It has the recess for the new style tail lights.

Two things....

1) Nice earring! (I think?)

and

2) Love his forum... but, I'm curious how all his threads got like 300 views with only one post by him.
