It's not good for any power increase...been dyno proven. The green filter is the better option anyway. Fwiw you don't have to tune with a RotoFab if that is a concern. Phastek has them on sale right now.

K&N drop in is green. Someone did a Dyno on the SS Camaro and it showed 5 or 6 HP and Tq.

K&N has never had a green filter. There is a green filter on the market but it's made by greenfiltersUSA.

I seen that thread...Jenetty also tested a drop in filter and gained nothing. So I guess it's 50/50. I might try one since it's relatively inexpensive.

I think Lethal tested a drop-in on his SS and made a few HP. I have one in our 2016

If I can't find a F'ing dealer anywhere in the US who will ship me a damned rotofab, I may just do the drop-in K&N on my 1LE.

Seems like you either have to increase surface area or reduce filtration to improve the restriction with this. Either way I think this is it.

I thought you meant ecologically green because it is because its reusable. But yes I have also seen the other one which the color is actually green.

I wonder if an intake will help more since I have the ported manifold and TB - like if a rotofab makes 7rwhp on a stock car, it may make 10 on mine...? Anyone know?

Yes Lethal garage posted a video of back to back dyno with nothing but a K&N filter change in 2016. Gained almost 5whp and 5wtq across the board. Then Jenetty racing tested a Green filter and gained nothing.

The more mods you have the more power it's going to support. For instance, the Rotofab gains 30hp from stock with a LT4 supercharger.

They're talking about the Green Filter, as in the brand name. The filter is green in color too. Not green as in ecologically sound.

Some good BF sales going on for the Roto-fabs, I'm seriously considering it.
